A: Once you finalize the package, enter the date and time you want to book for. Choose your ad-ons like cake, champagne, live musician; whichever applicable, your final price will be updated accordingly. Choose quantity 1 for 1 couple. Then add to cart, you can review your order after adding to the cart, confirm your order and click on checkout. You will be asked for your address, it is just for billing purpose. You will be redirected to CCAvenue payment gateway.

Q: Which are the options I have for payment?

A: You can pay through debit card, credit card, netbanking, EMI, UPI, Jiomoney, PayTM, Freecharge, Mobikwik; whichever available.

Q: Can I have an EMI option for payment?

A: Yes, you can choose to pay in EMI. You will need credit card for EMI option. Interest will be as per your bank.

Q: Is my money safe?

A: Your payment will be made via CCAvenue payment gateway, which is used by 85% of e-commerce websites in India. Your money is yours until you get what you ordered for.

Confirmation:


Q: How do I get the confirmation of my payment and order?

A: Right after the payment, you will receive a message on the provided number and mail on the provided mail id. You will receive another confirmation message with venue, address and contact details of the provider. If in any cases, provider isn't able of delivering the order, you will be asked for modification.

Cancellation:

Cancellation charges vary from package to package between 15% to 50%, please ask our customer support executive for exact cancellation charges before making a booking. All cancellation charges will be considered on the package price and not on the paid amount.

No refund shall be provided against any booking for the Valentine's Day.

Refund:

Q: Do I get a refund if the provider is unable to deliver my order?

A: Yes, if you want to cancel your order because of the inability of the provider to deliver your order, then 100% of your amount will be refunded.
